Included in our plans are general paediatric consultant appointments. The number included depends on the level of package you have chosen. These are face to face appointments in clinic with one of the Childhealthy general paediatric consultants. *Please note specialist services and remote appointments are excluded.

Contact our team with your repeat prescription request and we will arrange for the request to be actioned and will issue the prescription directly to you or sent to a pharmacy of your choice.

*Please note the cost of the medication is not included.

*Please note this is for repeat prescriptions only. If a new medication is being requested the paediatrician might recommend an appointment before issuing a new prescription.

Priority appointments: where available, your child will receive priority to our same day appointments.

Priority same day appointments will be reserved for our families who are subscribed to our Peace of Mind package.

Contact us for out of hours guidance and signposting. Please note we do not provide emergency care and it may be that you are advised to attend an emergency department.

a. solve the problem
b. refer for a next day appointment in our clinic (next working day)
c. recommend attending an emergency treatment facility
