A paediatric respiratory specialist is a doctor that specialises in any condition affecting the respiratory tract and lungs in children.

Common conditions include: persisting coughs, wheeze and asthma, tuberculosis, cystic fibrosis and other causes of bronchiectasis.

Our general paediatric team can assess, reassure you and treat your child for many of these concerns, but commonly refer for an opinion when needed.
