How To Book An Appointment

First, click the ‘Book an Appointment button to be be directed to our booking portal. Next, follow these steps to help you to complete your booking:

Step 2: Choose a date

Step 3: Choose your service

Now that you have selected which practician you wish to visit, please now select which service you are looking for. If it is your first time visiting them, please select 'Initial Consultation'. If you are looking for a follow-up, select 'Followup Consultation'

Childhealthy provides clinics on multiple sites including The Portland Hospital in Marylebone and The Cromwell Hospital in Kensington.

For telephone or video appointments, please contact us directly via email or telephone to choose a time and date most convenient for you.

Step 5: Confirm booking

Once you have found the right appointment, click the green ‘Proceed to the confirmation button.’ A booking summary can be found down the right-hand side of the page for clarity. You will then be prompted to log in or register for your Childhealthy online portal account or sign in as a guest using a password that will be emailed to you.

If you are self-funding payment is taken at the time of booking, all payments are refundable if cancelled. If the visit is covered through health insurance, details are required to make the booking.

What Happens During The Consultation

During your appointment, one of our professionals will carry out an assessment of your child’s health. You will be asked questions about their symptoms, medical history and family history.

A physical examination will usually be carried out, and your child may be recommended for further testing, such as a blood test. If your child requires further treatment, this will be scheduled promptly, and your consultant will discuss their diagnosis and treatment options with you.

Appointment Prices

The price you see on our booking portal covers the appointment time, though this price may vary depending on the specialist you see and the appointment type.

Childhealthy’s vaccine and blood testing prices are separate from appointment fees. For further details on fees for appointments, vaccines and blood tests please contact us.
